Building a new home, an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), or a commercial property from scratch is an exciting journey. However, the foundational wiring hidden behind your fresh drywall determines the safety, efficiency, and scalability of your property for decades to come. You need an electrical system designed to code, optimized for modern high-load appliances, and built to last.

Phase-by-Phase New Construction Services We Provide
We offer complete turn-key management of your new building’s electrical infrastructure through every phase of construction:
1. Temporary Power Pole & Site Setup
Before construction can even start, your builders need safe, active on-site power. We install OSHA-compliant temporary power poles and weather-proof distribution panels to keep heavy equipment running smoothly through day one.
2. Service Layout & Grounding Infrastructure
We calculate the total future power load requirements of your project and install high-capacity utility connections (100A, 200A, or heavy-duty 400A splits). This phase includes layout mapping, setting meter boxes, and securing solid electrical grounding rods.
3. Electrical Rough-In (Behind-the-Wall Wiring)
Before insulation and drywall are put up, our licensed team meticulously pulls miles of code-compliant NM-B (Romex) or metallic conduit cables throughout the structure. We accurately mount all junction boxes for:
- Outlets, switches, and specialized smart-home automation pathways.
- Dedicated circuits for heavy-duty appliances, HVAC heat pumps, mini-splits, and water heaters.
- Pre-wiring for luxury outdoor items like Hot Tubs, Saunas, and backup Generators.
